Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The item has a manufacturing quality issue
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
12-Month Quality Guarantee
All products are covered by a 12-month limited quality guarantee from the date of delivery.
If your product has a verified manufacturing defect within this period, we will offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- The product is not defective or damaged
- The item has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- The return request is made after the warranty period
Return Shipping Costs
- For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A flat return shipping fee of $7.90 per item will be applied
If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, return shipping fees will be covered by Klinsmann.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns without prior authorization
- We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
